Booked the wrong date, time or film and the session has not started yet?

Bookings can be swapped up to two hours before your booked session by using the options on your booking confirmation email. Simply scroll below your booking barcode, to access the section where you can ‘Change Seats’ or ‘Change Session’. Please note that you can only make one change to your booking through this option.

Please ensure you are logged in to your Cinebuzz account when attempting the swap. This will allow you to swap between sessions with price differences, or if Cinebuzz points / vouchers have been used.

If you are unable to swap your booking, please make a new booking for the correct session and submit a refund request for the incorrect booking here. Be sure to include a copy of your correct and incorrect purchase for review.
