What do I do if my Cinebuzz points weren't credited to my account?

Have you logged onto your account and seen points are missing from the latest film you have watched?

Please contact us here and let us know the following information:

- Cinema location:

- Movie title

- Session type (Original, V-MAX, IMAX, Gold Class, Boutique):

- Date of session

- Cinebuzz Card Number(s)

- Scan or photo of ticket stubs; or online booking code if booked online:

^Your Online booking number starts with a 'W' letter and your Movie ticket transaction number can be found below the barcode on your ticket stub as *111111/001*. Please note that in some instances further proof of purchase may be required to assist with locating missing points, please keep your movie tickets or receipt until your enquiry has been finalised.
