Our Customer Service team work standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm). Depending on the number of requests they have received you can expect a response within 1-3 business days.

Refunds can still be processed after the session time has begun, so do not worry if you have contacted outside of business hours or if the booked session is starting soon. Our customer service team will be in touch to assist as soon as possible.

Please do not submit multiple requests as this can slow down the response time.
