Who do I contact for lost property?

If possible, we recommend that you revisit the cinema you attended and ask a staff member to check the lost property for you.

You can also contact your local cinema here. Ensure that you select the cinema location you attended, provide a description of your lost item, and the exact session that you attended.

Please note that our cinemas are not always able to answer the phone as they are often helping customers at the counter.
