For orders sent by Courier, we use tracking signature methods in order to protect your order and minimise risk of your product being lost or stolen in transit. As our Gift Card and Voucher products are active upon sale, it’s important for us to be able to verify delivery status where required.
If you would prefer to not pay for Courier, many of our products are also available in digital format!
