It’s very important that you enter correct recipient details for your order (whether for a courier order or when delivered by email) as we will send to the details that you have provided.
Delivery address may be changed for courier orders if your request has been received before your order has been dispatched.
We're happy to facilitate a resend to the correct address for digital orders, however we will not be able to assist should the product have been received or redeemed by another party as a result of the wrong details being provided.
