Once a booking has been confirmed online, you can access your tickets in store either physically or digitally.
The booking confirmation is emailed to the email address provided for the booking. You can print this email confirmation off at home, or bring the email on your phone. Present the booking code in store to print your physical movie tickets off in store.
The booking confirmation email has an option to add your digital ticket to your mobile wallet. Simply add your booking to your digital wallet by pressing the option ‘Save to Mobile Wallet’, and then use the booking code in your digital wallet in store to print off your physical movie tickets.
If you are a Cinebuzz member and were logged into your account when you purchased the tickets, you will be able to view your booking on the Event Cinemas app (while logged into your Cinebuzz account), as an ‘Upcoming Order’. You can then use the digital order on the app to ‘check in’ to your booking. You will then just need to show your ‘checked in’ digital tickets at the cinema for entry to the film.
