How do I check the status or expiry date of my voucher?

You can check the expiry date, status and redemption history of your Voucher online here.

Your Voucher details can be found on the back of your paper Voucher (or on your printed eVoucher), as follows:

Your Voucher number is the 12 digital number (beginning with ‘N’) found near the barcode image

Your PIN is a four digit number located near the barcode, often along the right side of the barcode image. If your voucher has a 3 digit code simply add a 0 at the start.
